Bill is a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School(M.Div., 1973) and has over 29 years of ministry experience including service as a church planter, pastor, associate district superintendent and district superintendent. He has served as the Superintendent for the Midwest District since 1995. Bill and his wife Sue are known for their care of pastors and their families. The Smiths live in Kearney, Nebraska. for Church Planting
Randy received his M.Div. from Houston Graduate School of Theology in 1991 and a Bachelor of Business Degree from Friends University, Wichita, KS in 1975. Randy spent 10 years in the corporate setting in marketing and advertising. In 1987 he became the Area Superintendent for the Evangelical Friends Churchin Houston, TX, and promoted church planting within the Gulf Coast Friends churches. Randy has church planting experience on the East Coast and in Kansas as well. He received training at the Institute of Computer Systems, and has additional training in Single Adult Ministry, and Missions Perspectives. Shawn Ammons
District Director of Student Ministries
Shawn is a graduate of Sterling College where he received his teaching degree. Shawn is working on his Masters of Ministry at Moody Bible Institute. He has served in student ministries since 1987 pastoring in several churches. He's been a youth pastor at The Village Church of Bartlett in the Chicago area and the West Evangelical Free Church in Wichita, KS. Shawn worked for Sonlife Ministries for ten years. His education with Sterling and Moody along with training from Sonlife and Cadre Ministries has given Shawn a wealth of experience and exposure. He has a heart to see a strong partnership between families and churches to grow healthy student ministries. Shawn, his wife Cheryl, and their 7 children, reside in Wichita, KS.
