THREE DISTRICT VALUES
CHURCH PLANTING
Currently there are 19 church plants in various stages of development. The ABC's of church planting, Assessment, BootCamp and Coaching have helped launch this growing movement and includes over 30 people trained and serving in different areas.
CHURCH HEALTH
District staff is involved in offering training events in various areas for pastors and church leadership teams. Ministries to men, women, and student leaders take place each year. Our annual conference serves as a time of instruction, fellowship and feedback. This last year over 10 churches consulted with the district leadership on issues relating to health.
PASTORAL CARE
Over 60% of our senior pastors are involved in regular pastoral clusters to study pastoral skills and development. Each year a pastoral retreat and special study times are provided for emotional and spiritual health. The district office becomes a safe and helpful place to process concerns and seek advice on family and ministry issues.
